February 16: Lohan, 20, leaves the Wonderland Center in West Hollywood, where she had been treated for alcohol abuse. During her stint, her ability to come and go had some people questioning the seriousness of her sobriety.
March 16: A month later, Lindsay is out with celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson, 29, at NYC club, The Plumm. A source says, "She didn't seem sober."
April 18: Lohan sneaks vodka drinks at L.A.'s Les Deux.
May 6: News of the World releases video stills of Lohan allegedly snorting cocaine at Teddy's nightclub.
May 9: A source says Lindsay is "totally wasted" at New York club, Marquee, with then-boyfriend Calum Best, a 26-year-old former model.
May 11: In the Bahamas with Best, USA Today spies Lindsay drinking Jack Daniels straight from the bottle.
May 14: As Lohan drinks Bellinis at New York's Downtown Cipriani, a source says "people joked that she is days away from another stint in rehab."
May 26: Lohan crashes her car after a night of drinking with Samantha Ronson in Los Angeles.
May 27: Lindsay and Ronson are out again, this time at L.A. club Teddy's. Lohan parties until 4 a.m., when she collapses and has to be carried to her car.
May 28: Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk, drives the actress to Promises Treatment Center in Malibu.
