Angelina Jolie cites late British royal Diana, Princess Of Wales for inspiring her charity work.
The 32-year-old actress, who became involved in human rights activism after filming a movie in formerly war-stricken Cambodia in 2001, hopes to mirror the Princess' efforts in her quest to help heal the world.
The Mr & Mrs Smith beauty says, "Diana inspired me immensely. I followed the work she undertook very closely, especially the issue of landmines.
"It was fascinating that she chose that cause. No matter what I do, I always want to go to refugee camps and meet with the most unfortunate. I have found it a privilege - a way of making me feel alive."

Angelina Jolie: 'My Travels Don't Make Me An Irresponsible Mom'
Angelina Jolie has dismissed criticism she's an irresponsible parent for traveling to dangerous regions of the developing world in her capacity as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.
The mother-of-four believes her determination to change the planet for the better is instead a shining example to her kids.
She says, "I do no service to my children by staying home and allowing the world to be what it is."
"That's not teaching them anything, it's not raising them properly."

Angelina Jolie Praises Brad Pitt's Parents
Angelina Jolie has praised partner Brad Pitt's parents for accepting her and her adopted children so soon after the actor's divorce from Jennifer Aniston.
Jolie and Pitt's relationship was made public in April 2005 when they were photographed vacationing with the actress' adopted son Maddox on a beach in Kenya - just three months after the actor split from Aniston after four and half years of marriage.
The Mr & Mrs Smith co-stars officially confirmed their relationship in January 2006 when they announced that "they" were expecting their first biological child together. Daughter Shiloh Nouvel was born four months later in Namibia.
Last year (06), Pitt filed papers to be recognised as the legal adoptive father of Jolie's adopted children Maddox and Zahara, and the couple recently added Vietnamese tot Pax to their brood.
Jolie admits she was worried when she first met Pitt's parents Jane and William - whose fondness for Aniston is well-documented - but they were very nice to her.
She says, "When I first met them I came in with two adopted children from other countries and I didn't know how they were going to be. But they are equally loving with them."

Angelina Jolie Praised By Colin Powell
Angelina Jolie has been praised for her humanitarianism and in-depth knowledge of global issues by former U.S. Secretary Of State Colin Powell.
The political heavyweight has dismissed concerns raised by Jolie's critics that the actress has adopted three children and raised awareness on issues including Cambodian mine fields for her own gain.
Powell tells American magazine Newsweek, "She's absolutely serious, absolutely informed. Her work with refugees is not something to decorate herself. She studies the issues."
"For her, it's not about saving the world, it's about saving kids. She doesn't need this. This needed her."

Brad Pitt's Family Defend Close Relationship With Jennifer Aniston
Brad Pitt's family have defended their close relationship with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, insisting the actor remains on good terms with her too.
The couple divorced in 2005 after four and half years of marriage and, despite the fact Pitt has since started a family with Angelina Jolie, both his parents Jane and William and his siblings remain friendly with his former spouse.
Jane even paid a visit to Aniston's Malibu house on Father's Day for an afternoon chat, but Pitt's brother Doug is adamant there's nothing unusual about their continued contact.
He says, "Jennifer is a friend of Brad's. Why wouldn't she be a friend of ours?"
The odd family dynamic is reported to have infuriated Angelina Jolie, but earlier this month she denied reports of a rift. In fact, the mom-of-four maintained she was stunned at how welcoming Pitt's family were - both to her and her young brood.
She says, "When I first met them I came in with two adopted children from other countries and I didn't know how they were going to be. But they are equally loving with them."

Angelina Jolie Open To Peace With Her Dad
Angelina Jolie may be opening the door to a future relationship with her estranged father, Jon Voight.
"I am hoping my relationship with my father will be more private in the future," Jolie told the U.K.'s Evening Standard newspaper in an interview this week. "At the end of the day we both wish the best for each other and we'll try to start communicating in some way."
Jolie and Voight have had little, if any, contact since 2002, when Voight made comments to Access Hollywood suggesting that she was unstable. The 32-year-old actress has made it clear in interviews that she had no time for Voight, whom she also claimed cheated on her late mother, French actress Marcheline Bertrand.
In the interview with the Standard, Jolie praises the parents of partner Brad Pitt for accepting her and her children she had adopted. "When I first met them I came in with two adopted children from other countries and I didn't know how they were going to be. But they are equally loving with them."

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Struggle With Parenthood
Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are struggling to cope with the pressures of raising four young children - and admit parenthood is taking its toll on their relationship.
The couple, parents to five-year-old Maddox, three-year-old Pax, two-year-old Zahara and one-year-old Shiloh, concede the strain of parenting means they don't spend enough time together.
Jolie says, "Mommy and Daddy need to try to figure out more time right now."
"Everybody needs individual time. Shiloh has our attention when the others are at school. Mad (Maddox) stays up the latest, so he gets the night time. During the day, I'll go for a walk or do something specific with Pax or Z (Zahara)."
"We're working on it. Right now, we're not great about Mommy-and-Daddy time."

Inside Shiloh’s Big Birthday Bash!
It should come as no surprise that the Jolie-Pitt clan went all out to celebrate Shiloh’s first birthday in Prague.
After all, making birthdays special is important to Angelina Jolie, whose late mother Marcheline Bertrand (who died of cancer in January) devoted boundless energy to celebrating her children’s big day. “[She] would spent weeks to plan the right birthday party, and write four drafts to get the right birthday card ready,” Jolie recently told Dateline NBC's Ann Curry.
At the family’s special rental in the Czech Republic capital, where Jolie, 32, is on location shooting the thriller Wanted, the clan gathered on May 27 to celebrate Shiloh’s big day. Jolie had to work that morning, but was home by 2 p.m. to be with her daughter.
“I was contacted by the bodyguards,” Katarina Rozsivalova of Prague’s Balon Servic (a balloon service) tells Us.
“They told me they needed 50 balloons for Saturday and Sunday. An assortment of colors.” Also delivered: cookies and a cake.
But birthdays come around just once a year, and the parents of Hollywood’ most rapidly expanding brood are committed to making every day a special one for Shiloh, Zahara, 2, Pax, 3, and Maddox, 5, and no one is better at finding fun than doting dad Brad Pitt.
“One time, when the kids were bored, [Pitt] had them all throwing empty pizza boxes as Frisbees,” says a source. “Obviously, Shiloh was too young to join in, but you could hear her laughing.”

Is Angelina Jolie Too Skinny?
Star Magazine is reporting that Angelina Jolie is scary skinny and “dangerously malnourished”.
“She’s looking too skinny. People are wondering if she’s anorexic,” a source close to the couple tells Star. “She was the most beautiful woman in the world, but now she looks sickly.” Angie’s arms and legs appeared disturbingly thin at the May 21 Cannes premiere of her movie A Mighty Heart.
“I couldn’t believe it when she got out of her limo,” an onlooker reports. “Her dress looked like it was barely hanging off her bones.” Sources tell Star Angie’s mom’s passing has pushed Angie over the edge. And the latest pictures are causing even more concern. According to Dr. Bronstein M.D., a psychiatrist and eating-disorder specialist, Angie looks dangerously malnourished.
“Based on my observations, she is severely underweight and around 105 pounds – and that’s really low.” The veins on her arms seemed strikingly and unusually bulbous – and Bronstein says that could be a red flag. Angelina’s thinness and lack of appetite are a big worry for Brad too. “He loves her, but this is really ripping him up inside,” say s a source close to the couple. “He wants to help but feels powerless to do so.”

Angelina Jolie Wants To Fly The Family Around The World
Angelina Jolie wants to become a fully-qualified pilot so she can fly her family around the globe. The multi-talented actress is working towards gaining her license - just like husband Brad Pitt - but admits she'll need more practice before taking to the skies with Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh in tow.
She says, "Brad has his pilot's license and I just got my instrument rating, so we're moving forward with that but we haven't had a lot of time because of the kids and with Pax coming home. I wouldn't fly the kids at this moment. I would only fly the kids if I had been actively flying for a few months and when I'm not at all rusty."

Angelina Jolie Blasts The Paparazzi Who Fought Her Bodyguards
Angelina Jolie has slammed the army of photographers who fought with her bodyguards on the Indian set of A Mighty Heart. Jolie was shooting the movie on location at a Mumbai school - but when parents arrived to pick up their kids, Jolie's entourage started to scuffle with the snappers.
The star's bodyguards were accused of physically blocking parents who were picking up their children from the school - but Jolie blames photographers who had flocked to the set for inciting the aggression.
The 31-year-old says, "It was not the film production that caused chaos... We were only guilty of bringing the paparazzi."

Angelina Jolie Has Been "Sexual" Since Kindergarten
Angelina Jolie, who is dating Brad Pitt, was interested in the opposite sex from a very early age and "made out" with boys at nursery. That would explain why she's a sex addict.
She said in an interview with Britain’s OK! magazine: "I was a member of a group called the Kissy Girls. I was very sexual in kindergarten. I created a game where I would kiss the boys and give them cooties. Then we would make out and we would take our clothes off. I got in a lot of trouble!"
I would certainly say that is much different from normal girls in kindergarten. I remember the cooties part, but that made boys and girls stay away from each other not kiss and strip.
The brunette lost her virginity aged 14 to her first boyfriend, and has revealed she began cutting him with a knife after the sex "wasn’t enough".
Angelina explained: "I had started having sex with my boyfriend and the sex and the emotions didn’t feel enough. I was no longer a little girl. In a moment of wanting to feel closer to my boyfriend I grabbed a knife and cut him. He cut me back. We had an exchange of something and we were covered in blood, my heart was racing. Then whenever I felt trapped, I’d cut myself. I have a lot of scars." That's a bit intense or should I say crazy.
"It was an age when I felt adventurous and after a few beers things happened." The 31-year-old stopped self-harming when she adopted five-year-old Cambodian boy Maddox.
Angelina said: "It had something to do with becoming a mother. That was the biggest change in my life and made me feel complete. I learned to accept responsibility for myself, my children and my partner."

What Brad Pitt Will Look Like In 10 Years
It's only the magic of Hollywood's makeup artists, but maybe it could be a glimpse into the future for Brad Pitt.
The photo is from the production of an upcoming movie titled "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," a story about a man borned into his 80's and ages backwards. Sounds like an interesting concept, but kind of leaves behind the possibility of reality.
Meanwhile, US Weekly latest issue has a headline claiming Brad Pitt is not happy that Angelina doesn't pay enough attention to their biological daughter Shiloh. Could it actually be true?
It definitely would contradict James Haven's, Jolie's brother, claim of they are an everlasting couple. Haven further said Angelina was able to adopt again because of Brad.
Or might it be apart of the vengeance the tabloids took on Angelina for giving People Magazine all the exclusive photos of her kids.

Tabloids Take Revenge On Angelina Jolie
Sources say Us Weekly, Star and other celebrity weeklies are pissed off with People magazine getting exclusives of Brangelina's kids, and have turned on Jolie and Brad Pitt with a vengeance.
The headline on Us last week blared, "Her Twisted Double Life," along with, "Her broken promise to be a stay-at-home mom . . . How she uses her kids to manipulate the media."
This week, Star went with "Angelina Walks Out on Brad! . . . and Dumps the Kids!" The tab says Jolie reneged on her promise to stay home with her kids and flew off to Chicago to film "Wanted."
She's also slated to star in "Atlas Shrugged" and "The Changeling," while Pitt will be busy promoting "Ocean's Thirteen" and "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" and starting "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
When Jolie is in L.A., even though she has four full-time nannies, she leaves her three eldest kids at the $931-per-month preschool/day-care center on the Warner Bros. lot, Star reports, where other parents are upset with the special treatment Jolie gets. One flashpoint is a ban on cellphones because Jolie fears parents will take pictures of her kids.

Angelina Only Adopted Again Because Of Brad

James Haven, Angelina Jolie's infamous brother whom has been seen making out with Jolie, has revealed some interesting information on Hollywood's biggest couple.
In an interview with Grazia magazine, Haven has revealed Angelina is not the dominatrix everyone thinks of her to be, in fact, the relation is very mutual
“I have never seen any sign of tension between them. They make all their decisions together. It’s rubbish that she tries to control him. They have a balanced relationship; they each do their stuff. I’ve never seen moments where one is nagging or controlling the other.”
James also said, although Angelina is seen to be very independent, she couldn't have adopted another child after Maddox without Brad's support.
“Brad has changed my sister a lot. They have an extraordinary bond, but not on the usual level. Brad is so strong for her; when she feels vulnerable, he has the most incredible strength. She says she couldn’t have adopted more children after Maddox without him."
He also think's the golden couple's best quality is their sense of humor and drive, and think their relation ship will last a lifetime.
“The great thing about Brad and Angelina is that they really get each other’s sense of humor, and make each other laugh a lot. They talk about politics a great deal and are very creative together with the projects they are working on. If it keeps going the way it’s going, they’ll be together for life."

Angelina's Adoption Saga Continues - Another One?
Angelina Jolie has recently hinted that she wants the family to be balanced; it now looks like she will get what she wants with a fourth adoption...as always.
She said: "Should you balance the races, so there's another African person in the house for Zahara, after another Asian person in the house for Mad? We think so. Shiloh has Brad and me to look at."
A source discussing Angelina's family - which consists of Cambodian son Maddox, Ethiopian daughter Zahara, Angelina's natural daughter Shiloh with lover Brad Pitt, and newly adopted Pax Thien - said: "Angelina and Brad want to make sure Zahara doesn't feel alienated as the only black face in their family."
"She feels the children need a balance of faces in their life."
Angelina is said to have fallen in love with a one-year-old girl from Oure Cassoni, Chad, Africa, and asked her lawyers to begin the adoption process.
