American Idol host Simon Cowell was humiliated in front of millions after a child's artistic rendition featured him with 'man boobs'.

Cowell, who famously sports tightly fitted tops, was filming a charity spot for the hit American talent search in a small Kenyan village when a young girl showed off her portrait of the blunt record executive.

Cowell said, "What are those? What are those? Are you saying I have those? Are you? I'm not very happy."

Back in the Los Angeles studio - host Ryan Seacrest taunted the English judge saying, "I've never seen you go so red before."
